Effective immediately Biopetonline.com.au is offering an improvement to the delivery process at no cost to the customer.
Every parcel being dispatched will have a ‘Receipted Delivery’ sticker attached. Nothing changes except you will have to sign for the parcel.
If your current practice is to give instructions as to where to leave the goods please continue to do so and Australia Post will be advised that no signature is required at your request.
With a ‘Receipted Delivery’ sticker there is a number attached to every parcel which now makes it traceable.
Hopefully this will give us all a measure of comfort!
